Frequently Asked Questions

The app won’t open / crashes on launch

  1. Force-close the app and reopen it.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Ensure your device OS is up to date.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app — your progress may be saved to the cloud depending on your platform settings.

If the problem persists, please contact us with your device model and OS version.

I lost my game progress

Progress is saved locally on your device. If you’ve changed devices or reinstalled the app, progress recovery depends on your platform’s cloud save settings (iCloud for iOS, Google Play Games for Android).

  • iOS: Enable iCloud Drive and ensure Brainitron has iCloud access in your device settings.
  • Android: Make sure you are signed in to Google Play Games.

An in-app purchase didn’t apply

  1. Check your purchase receipt from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the App and go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
  3. If the issue persists, contact us with your purchase receipt.

We are unable to process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.

The AR mode isn’t working

  • Ensure you have granted the app permission to use your camera.
  • AR mode requires a compatible device. Check that your device supports ARKit (iOS 12+) or ARCore (Android 7.0+).
  • Make sure you are in a well-lit environment.

How do I unlock new characters?

Characters are unlocked by completing levels and challenges in the Human Park section. Each victory in a historical era unlocks new thinkers and inventors. Keep playing to discover them all!
