By downloading, installing, or using the game BrainiTron ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") provided by Voyager Interactive Studios LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old to play BrainiTron. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

We do not collect or store your personal login credentials. If you use a third-party login, their terms and privacy policies will apply.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases (IAPs). All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or by the store provider (Google Play or Apple App Store). You are responsible for any charges incurred.
The Game displays third-party advertisements. These ads may be tailored to your interests based on non-personal data collected by the ad network. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details.
Game progress, scores, and purchases may be stored using PlayFab, a third-party game backend service. While we do not collect personal data, anonymized user game data is stored to support game functionality and continuity.
All content in BrainiTron, including but not limited to text, images, sounds, characters, and logos, is owned by Voyager Interactive Studios LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express permission.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will function without interruptions or errors. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyager Interactive Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date or through in-game notices. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
